We've enhanced the app with two security features:
(i) Emergency Lock:
A self-service feature to block new transactions and help you safeguard your funds. Use this feature if you suspect that you've fallen victim to a scam or your HLB Connect access has been compromised.
(ii) Cooling-Off Period:
This feature will take effect each time you enable AppAuthorise on a new device or change your daily transaction limit to a higher limit.

Good news for HLB Wallet Accountholders! You will now be able to see the Cashback amount you're receiving for your mobile prepaid reload transaction on HLB Connect App.

In this release, we’re making updates to the credit card services; adding new Flexi payment, quick cash and balance transfer features.
You will also be able to access Connect exclusive promotions directly on the app starting from 1 July 2021 with more exciting deals to be revealed on Digital Day - 7.7.2021.

We heard you and the team has been working on fixes to address these issues.
In this update we’re bringing fixes to issues related to these features: Bill Payment, My Activities, Scan QR, DuitNow, language settings when the app is re-installed & other minor fixes. To make it intuitive for you, the ‘Share’ button in your transaction receipt screen will also be renamed as ‘Receipt.
With this update we’ve finally enabled all key features and services that you once enjoyed in the old Connect App within this app!
And thanks to your continuous feedback, we’ve made some tweaks and fixes to the app to further improve your experience.
The old Connect App will no longer be available from 8 August 2020 onwards.
